Modifying or changing an order
Of course, we can change your order if there was no shipment.
Please contact Customer Service and we will sort the situation out as quickly as possible. Within the first 10 hours you can cancel or exchange the products you have ordered. Please note that in this case the delivery time will increase. Kindly send us an email at info@krutyakov.com with email title: "NEED TO CANCEL/ CHANGE MY ORDER - [YOUR ORDER NUMBER]"
